Too noisy in the night ! Neigbor did Party in the hall !
Hotel seems dated. More attention should deifinetly be paid to maintenance, ie: loose toilet seat, taps in bathroom vanity, Bathroom ceiling tile badly needs work. Was awakened several times by noise from water lines in another room.
The staff were small-town friendly, and went out of their way to help us find extra bedding. The rooms were very small, crowded for our family, but a great budget getaway, with a relatively short drive into Jasper.
We were booked for a non-smoking room, but there were ashtrays. Still, the room did not have a bad odour. On the other hand, the sound insulation between rooms was so-so, and in the morning, the pipes were groaning loudly. I'm also not excited to see coffee in the morning with a sign "not free" in front of it.
Quiet and clean. Close to entrance to Jasper national park.
The manager was excellent.
No pool or hot tub. Windows didn't open. Breakfast server was grumpy and unpleasant. Rooms smelled of stinky feet.
Quite reasonable price and directly located at the highway from Jasper to Edmonton
Power outlet with loose connection (poor maintenance)
staff were very friendly & fun.
bed was very uncomfortable & there was a rock band staying on my floor who didn't seem to understand basic courtesy of motel/hotels. (they had a party & guests coming & going all night...)
This was very budget friendly and had the things that we needed, fridge & microwave. Jasper was full so we stayed here (for 2 nights), but the 45min drive seemed longer than usual. Was closer to Miette, though. Very friendly staff.
It was reasonably close to Jasper and it is a beautiful drive from Jasper to Hinton. This was an unexpected surprise and one of the most beautiful drives we have seen in Canada.
This is altogether a good motel The value for money is very good, in its category it is a good accomodation.
The location of the Inn is closed to supermarket and gas station. Free car parking is available.
The heater boards were loose
The location was convenient. Price was good. Staff friendly, room was clean.
I would have liked to have the breakfast included. I see more and more that hotels eliminated the breakfast (continental) from the package, yet prices are quite high.
Everything look good. It include microwave, big refrigerate ,and air condition, which we really need.
We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay in the Twin Pine Inn & Suites. It was great value for our money with all the comforts of higher priced hotels and motels.
