Had a cozy stay. the waterfall shower head was incredible, and the food in the bar was top-notch! However, the bed felt a bit too soft for my taste.

Request a room away from the laundry for a quieter stay, especially near active times.

missingWrote a review on Nov 07noise issues
There were major concerns with noise control. the adjoining room featured a door that let sounds travel as if the neighbors were right next door. The lack of complimentary drinking water was an odd and disappointing touch considering the price, and accessibility to the parking lot’s back door without secure locking didn’t inspire much confidence in safety.

Good location and fun times
Really nice spot near Jasper! Staff were super friendly and the rooms were clean. The bar area was a blast for unwinding after a day of exploring. Big showers are a huuuge plus. Just wish they had more towels for our crew. Otherwise, we dug our stay!

The double room offered a comfortable stay with clean washrooms and good beds. The staff were accommodating, helping with requests and printing necessary documents. Breakfast was enjoyable, featuring canapés that added a nice touch. However, some aspects like maintenance could be improved, as well as overall noise levels between rooms.

The room was cozy and clean, and we appreciated that we could easily hit up nearby places like Jasper National Park and Beaver Boardwalk for some great adventures. The billiards table was a fun bonus to unwind at the inn after a long day.
Only downside was checkout. the front desk staff was distracted and didn't greet us, which felt a bit off.

We loved our stay as a family with our grandchild! The connecting room setup was perfect for family time, and we spent our days exploring Jasper National Park, which was less than 45 minutes away. The kids also enjoyed playing billiards at the inn.
My kids wished breakfast started a bit earlier.
